FAQs
How will I receive my digital painting?
You will receive your digital file by email in a google drive folder with 3 standard sizes in JPG and PNG file formats. If you have a certain size in mind or want a very large size, let me know and I can easily provide it to you in said folder.
How long will it take to receive my digital painting?
Turnaround time usually depends on the complexity of the artwork and my current queue. Most portraits take about 10 to 15 business day from start to finish.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with good detail make the best results. Try to choose images where faces are visible and not blurry. If you’re unsure, feel free to send a few options and I’ll help you pick the best one.
Can you combine multiple photos into one portrait?
Yes! I can merge photos of people, pets, or loved ones who weren’t photographed together. I’ll make sure it looks natural and cohesive.
Do you offer physical prints or just digital files?
Right now, I provide digital artwork only, but I can recommend great print options like Walgreens, Walmart, or professional labs such as WhiteHouse Custom Colour.
Do you do images of multiple people?
Yes! I can paint any photograph of any type with as many people as possible!
